Doughty Designs VIP Club Monthly £50 Gift Credit Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Doughty Designs ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Doughty Designs and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is automatic for active subscribers to the Doughty Designs VIP Club email list.
  • Subscribers must be actively subscribed at the time of the draw to be eligible.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Duplicate entries will not increase the chances of winning.

4. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway runs continuously with one winner selected each calendar month.
  • The winner will be selected on or shortly after the final day of each month.

5. Prize

  • One winner will receive a £50 Doughty Designs Gift Credit.
  • The gift credit can only be redeemed through the Doughty Designs online store.
  • The gift credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • Any unused balance will be forfeited after the expiry date stated on the gift credit.
  • The gift credit may only be used in accordance with the terms provided with the gift code.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible VIP Club subscribers.
  • The draw will be conducted fairly using a random selection process.
  • The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address registered on the VIP Club mailing list.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Doughty Designs reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

  • By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that their first name and county may be used in promotional announcements if they win.
  • Full personal details will never be published without permission.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal information submitted as part of the VIP Club subscription process will be processed in accordance with the Doughty Designs Privacy Policy.
  • Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • Unsubscribing from the VIP Club will remove eligibility for future giveaway draws.

10. General

  • Doughty Designs reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the giveaway process may result in disqualification.
  • Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
